Not a chance with LoRa, data rate is very low, probably even lower than Xbee. I believe that drones use Wi-Fi for video transmission as the data rate is easy but range could be limited unless you use a directional antenna at your "ground station" and track the vehicle. Pringles cans reputably make good helical antennas (Google it). Only other possibility may be to fit an LTE cellular module but very expensive and probably using it outside its licence.
