12v Relay Module not being powered

relay COM goes to 12v of adaptor or regulator. im assuming regulator. and why 12v if my relay is only 5v?
And solenoid goes into which regulator GND? the one under DC in/out or 5v?

the 5v gnd? or DC IN?

I don't have buzzer datasheet but I have this :
