I want to use 2 TCS 34725 at the same time and these two sensors suppose to read different places at the same time like i said.I defined 2 different tcs but i cannot receive two different outputs.Please respond me its urgent

No code, no wiring diagram, no link to the hardware you used. Please read the sticky post at the top of the forum!
The TCS34725 have a fixed I2C bus address so to use more than one you have to use a bus multiplexer like the PCA9547.
