22 kHz PWM frequency

Hi guys,

I've seen some posts on how to change the PWM frequency on the Arduino Giga but, some are hard to follow (no explanation just some registers are set) and others are no enough for my application (like the one using Embed OS, if I want 20kHz i have only 2% duy cicle increments).

Could you help me?
