23 volt on arduino, now not working it is fried?

Hi i'v forgot i allready had my arduino nano connectet on 11.1 volt, then i plugghed the nano to pc for reprogramming and the board did not worked anymore.

It's not powering up anymore from grd and vid.

The example program like servos still work, but other program are not working.

It is fried?

The example program like servos still work, but other program are not working.

That is a very odd statement. Presumably the example program uses output pins and they still work. So it looks like you have just fried some of the output lines. What about a simple LED blink sketch, can you up load it and does it work?

Yes it works. That's odd... now all program are working, the only ptoblem is that VIN is not powering up the arduino....

in order of the VIN lines i could have fried the voltage regulator.

Yes that is possible, especially if the USB power voltage was greater that that being produced by the regulator. That could force some current into the regulator and that could damage it.
