3.2 tft help please

Hi, I have a 3.2 tft touch screen shield that's the same as the one here;

I thought it would plug direct into my mega but nothing happens, can someone please tell me what pins on the mega to connect each of the pins of this board to?. Thanks

From the link that you posted, type in "tft shield" in the search box.

The top hit will show a white adapter shield that plugs into the Mega2560.
You plug your display into the adapter.

There are similar adapters from Coldtears, Elecfreaks, ...

You can not connect your 3.3V display directly to your 5V Arduino. The adapter contains circuitry to produce 3.3V logic signals.
