433Hz RF Module used in project, Clarification on the Radio frequency Laws

Hi all, I have a project with a Arduino Nano and Uno boards communicating with a 433Mhz radio modules, (transmitter and receiver)

Transmitter and receiver are powered with 5V from two Arduinos . Its all set up and a message can be sent and received , I would like to know if this module is legal to use in the UK,
The board with the transmitter will send data only when the flame sensor detects a flame so it doesn't send data continuously when there is no detection, the data is 13 characters long. if anyone can link me the laws or give me any information that would be great, Thank you

Probably, but in terms of legality, you definetly need to check and read the regulation guidelines yourself, dont rely on information from a hobby forum on the Internet.

Heard of Ofcom ?

I have not, I will check this link out, thank you!
