I am connecting this circuit.
I have seen many pictures on the internet and some suggest to connect the GND from the arduino to the relay module and others not to connect this cable.
What would you do?

Your "frizzy" is not much help, I do not burn time trying to figure them out. Post links to technical information on all of the hardware devices. Links to sales outlets such as azon are generally useless as there is no technical information. Also check what voltage the relays actually are. You did not state which Arduino you are using so I am assuming UNO. If your schematic is correct with the opto isolator you do not need to connect the grounds. However since you are using the same power supply they will be connected anyway.
