A 3 axis robot arm tutorial [VERY CRUDE]

Hi guys,

This is a 3 axis robot arm , i found nothing that i can use as an arm so i used plastic rulers assembled with glue. I haven't enough pins in the arduino card so i put a DC motor in the grabber.

Any suggestions are welcome

I love that... brilliant.

Just goes to show what can be done with what you have lying around.

Concepts are concepts, after all, and can be shown with the simplest of means.

love the arms.

My arm's a kit, can't take any credit for it other than having started putting it together.

Freaking genius! Who would have thought of rulers? I would have gone with chopsticks.

For smaller arms the large craft sticks (or larger paint mixing sticks) might be used similar to the attached pix. For larger arms yard/meter sticks could be used.

Yes, yardsticks would work great. And you wouldn't have to measure your arm!

I also have made a robotic arm . See how it's work:http://nmwrobotics.com

Thank you !
