A low power solenoid valve

Hi,
I am looking for solenoid(or any other) valve that can block water(normally closed), and for it to be opened when getting a signal off a microcontroller.
I want it to remain open until the next pulse I will give it, so it will not waist any electrical energy.
Is there such a product out in the market that I can buy? only found the standart ones.
Thanks

Did you try a search for "latching solenoid valve water"?

Yes, still can only find N.O or N.C products and some explanation about this.
Mabye there is another term for that?
Thanks

Low Voltage Latching Solenoid Valve (1607 products available)

With a latching solenoid, the terms NO and NC lose their meaning.

The terms NO or NC refer to the unpowered state of a regular solenoid. An NO solenoid when not powered is open and closed when powered. A latching solenoid will be in either state when it is not powered, but will switch states when pulsed. NO and NC have no meaning then.

I use two piloted solenoid valves in my irrigation system. They only require power while the valve is open. The necessary 2 psi pressure difference is easily obtained, even by gravity.

Thanks for the responses, will check it out.
