i have this project to store temperature degree and humidity

i need your advice, recommendation how to improve this project so i can access remotely to the data stored in SD

i surfing net and found these tools,board
Wireless HC-12,internet ESP8266,sim 800i

any further recommendation very helpful to my

Define "remotely".

Meanwhile, two options:

  1. Use an IoT facility, thereby enabling you to access the information while on business in Vladivostock.

  2. Dump the data via Bluetooth to your phone a few metres away.

remotely i mean through mobile,satellite,distance >=1km

Bluetooth is a non-starter, same goes for WiFi. I think the SIM800 is a 2G device, and you may find it is obsolete. I don't know anything about HC-12 but there are radion modules that should be OK at this range. I believe they are 433MHz.
