Likely the 3.3V regulator. Can you take a picture, crop & resize to ~1000 wide, then use Additional Actions to attach it? U2 on the schematic.

Since usb works it sure does look like the reg.. As stated measure the 3.3v out... you can buy 10 of those LDO 3.3v for a couple of bucks free postage on ebay. All you need is a soldering iron and a bit of patients.
