Amplifying input for 8 Ohm speaker.

Hi, all I have a TEA2025b IC which I would like to use to get a decent amount of sound from a 8 Ohm speaker. I would like it if someone could give me a schematic or a way to amplify the speaker.
Thanks.

I would look on eBay for a PAM8403-based amp.

Cheap and VERY effective!

The data sheet shows how much power you can get with various voltage/impedance combinations and with normal (single-ended) or bridge configurations.

Power is limited by voltage (and by the current & power limits of the chip). For maximum power, use a power supply at the maximum rated voltage for the chip.

A bridge circuit will provide double the RMS voltage to the speaker for 4 times the power.

And/Or, if you use a 4-Ohm speaker you'll get twice the power compared to 8-Ohms (twice the current with the same voltage).
