Any Idea when it will be available?

Could come in real handy, like trying to add other hardware!

Arduino UNO Breakout Carrier — Arduino Online Shop

I already clicked on the notify email...

Is this board intended for use with any Arduino Uno or just the Uno Q ?

@UKHeliBob

It's my understanding that that board os for the Q boards; it gives access to the bottom headers.

A good example of confusing naming.

It is designed to connect to the "high-speed headers" that are located on the bottom of the UNO Q board:

So it can only be used with boards that have these headers. In addition to the UNO Q, the VENTUNO Q also has these headers, and so will be usable with the carrier.

That was my feeling too
This really is taking the Uno name too far

Literally looks like a must have for all of us Uno Q owners. I might need buy something else for justifying spending only 10$ and shipping

For the breakout carrier to be useful for the users, the pin functions should be well understood. The attached file is from Qualcomm, but it has not clearly described the purposes of the MPU signals. The Arduino Dev Team may take initiative in this regards,

Pin descriptions for the MPU can be found in the attached file:

Hi, @ptillisch

Can you advise the marketing or design people of thier confusing naming and get it right please.

Arduino UNO Q Breakout Carrier

Its the little things that stuff up a good thing.

PS. if its not listed correctly then I assume Aliexpress runs the Arduino Store.

The problem with the name you propose is that it would imply the carrier is specific to the UNO Q. It is instead usable with any of the boards that have the standardized "high-speed headers". That will include the VENTUNO Q in addition to the UNO Q, and likely future boards as well.

I played Uno the card game as a child you know? Also the phrase 'you know' or 'ya know' is a common phrase people use to pause between sentences.
Try not to think about it and you'll start seeing Uno everywhere. It's the White Bear principle of psychology. :upside_down_face:
Well back on topic that Ventuno (Venture + Uno?) seems to be a very powerful piece of professional equipment

Well, call it the "Arduino High Speed Headers Break Out Board"
Tell it like it really is..

Marketing can use that free of my copyright...

I will probably update them soon to mention on which pin on JMISC it is actually on...

Ventuno is the Italian word for 21. The name references the fact that 2026 is Arduino's 21st anniversary.

To that I offer a toast. Congratulations on 21 years.

Thank you for sharing post #12.
