Am I blind or did they forget about the screw holes?
A link and possibly a picture with the flaw marked might help.
I am thinking the pictures of the board in the store is an artists version. If you compare different views of the board you will see what appear to be screw holes in different locations. I am not 100% sure, but I would not be surprised.

About that board I cannot say I do not have one but that is a common problem with a lot of the Arduino modules. Many have mounting holes but in my opinion it requires at least two to mount it properly and support for terminals is also needed. But at the price I put in my own holes. Many of the commercial companies like Adafruit do put in proper mounting holes. I have learned a while ago to check first before purchasing.
Perhaps with the board having 2 x 60 pin connectors, the Uno Media Carrier is a tight fit on the Uno Q, and mounting screws weren't deemed neccesarry.
This problem is pretty much universal, and I’ve stopped overthinking it — too many headaches.
A particularly annoying case is when you have to replace damaged boards and the new ones either have no mounting holes at all or the holes are in completely different positions. Not to mention different dimensions.
So what I do is define a standard layout with my own fixed mounting points and then create the required adapters using 3D printing. The picture shows one example for a vertical mounting setup.
So if you have the option to go that route as well… just a thought.
Hot Glue seems so much easier.
That is true but now if you wanted to mount the Uno to something, you can't.

Just a quick question to bring up. Are there any other carriers in thought or in the making or are the Media and Breakout carriers the only two carriers going to be made for the Arduino Uno Q?
