Anyone got some time to help a poor soul update firmware?

The skinny... I have a machine running Repetier ->Ramps 1.4 -> Arduino Mega 2560 -> OLD firmware (ver 022) and I really need some of the functionality in the latest version.

Have tried many attempts to update to 1.8.x and keep getting weird error messages. Should it be this hard to just update firmware? I mean everything works in 022- I don't get it. Probably because I'm not a Computer Tech savy Guru- Just a Dude trying to change the world one 3D print at a time :slight_smile:

Anybody got a bit of time to maybe remote in (Team Viewer) and help me get this B*#tch going? Thanks in advance for any replies!

"weird error messages" is not helpful. We need the exact error message. Use code tags (</> button on the toolbar) when you post error messages.

Yeh, you're right- specifics help. I'm in the middle of a 4 day print right now so it's gon be a minute before I can get ya some more error code details. I'll hit ya back ASAP. THANK YOU!!!
