Arduino as capacitance meter

hi all,
i am using arduino uno for finding out through capacitance which can really measure more wide range of capacitance as i know.
because the link i referred below, they have mentioned that it can measure from 10nF to 100uF.
the capacitance is measured by using the analog comparator of atmega328.

In this link, they are using PIC16F628A microcontroller which also all having analog on chip comparator as same as atmega328p in arduino uno.
so, how can i implement in my board?
