Arduino as isp and AVRDudess

i want to change fuses & lock bits to an ATMEGA32 but via arduino uno

Step 1 - i connect Arduino uno to pc and then via arduino ide i upload sketch 11.ArduinoISP
Step 2- i connect needed pins from arduino uno to ATMEGA32
Step 3. i open AVRDudess and what option i should select as Programmer -c

there is :
-Arduino
-Arduino ISP programmer
-Arduino ISP programmer
