arduino board control motor using encoder

Abstract
The basic concept of this project is the motor want to run based up on the input given from the circuit board with the help of encoder.
The initially input is given to the circuit board by using the PC through USB. From the circuit board to the encoder which regulates the motor rotation.
For example if the user gives the input as 5 degree to the circuit board with the help of PC through USB.
The encoder will receives the input from the circuit board then the motor rotates by the control of the encoder.
Mainly the encoder is for monitoring the motor rotation.
Expected working
The expected working of the system is we need to give input in the program from PC it will reach circuit board through USB. The circuit may have encoders in-built or connect it separate. The encoders are used to control the speed of the motor. The encoder must have full control over the motor. Whatever input is set in the PC the motor want to rotate that much angle with specified speed.

Expecting Hardware Requirements

  1. Arduino board with DC adaptor(with in-built encoder) or separate
  2. USB cable to connect from PC to circuit board
  3. Bread board – 10*5 inches
  4. Resistors and Led’s – as per requirement
  5. Dc motor- Stepper motor
  6. Wires – to connect each other
    Expecting software Requirements
  7. Personal computer/laptop (preferable OS is windows)
  8. Arduino software(which is available from the www.arduino.cc)

@a_jyotheesh, I’ve just deleted FOUR copies of this post.
You are >this< close to losing your account.

Sounds like a servo controlled with the servo speed library.

Sounds like an assignment.

You did not say anything about your motor's dynamic characteristics, how to control its acceleration and speed, and reaction on load changes. All these parameters influence the controller, that you have to implement in software.

5. Dc motor- Stepper motor

Which?

There is a difference !

See stepper motor basics if you really mean a stepper motor
