I have atmega328pu setup on a breadboard. I have uplaoaded blink sketch to it. In the blink sketch its 1000ms but the led blinks every 15seconds.. what am i doing wrong here... Thanks if anyone could help...

I have fixed it.. just had to click "burn bootloader" .. thank you very much..
