Arduino doesnt shown in device manager and cannot upload code

Hello, good day, the Arduino Leonardo I have does not appear in the device manager. There is not even a device tab. Even though I installed the appropriate driver for the chip, I could not solve the problem. I had installed mmjoy, I do not know how to delete it. I did a little research, but I could not find the appropriate answer. Since mmjoy is buried in the bootloader, I thought of reinstalling the bootloader, but this problem also occurs in my second Arduino Is it possible to install the bootloader without using a different Arduino? It does not appear in the port section of both Arduinos.

Is that second Arduino also a Leonardo and wasn't programmed with anything mmjoy related? If so, make sure that you're using a data/sync cable, not a charge-only cable.

  1. I don't know anything about mmjoy.
