I have already tried some troubleshoting but nothing is working.
Every time I connect the arduino, the device manager updates and USB2.0-Serial shows up under Other devices and nothing more and under Port (COM & LPT) nothing else shows too.
And when I try to upload the blink program this show up.
Only the on led and the L led lights, and when I push the reset button the L led blinks.

Try to set it as an Arduino nano. Their chip is the same so it will be fine if you do that.

The Arduino Uno you have is not an official one. Therefore, you need to manually install the drivers try the following. [How to Install CH340 Drivers - SparkFun Learn ](https://How to install CH340 Drivers)
