Arduino Due or Mega

Hello,

I'm not sure if i posted this in the right place but my question is:

Does the Arduino Mega have anything better than the Due?

The product description says the Due is just better than the Mega and they only have 1 Euro price difference.

A Mega clone on Ebay is 11 dollars.
The Mega is still the Atmel ATmega microcontroller, so it might be more compatible with all kind of libraries. When some custom changes have to be made to the board, the Mega is easier.

The Due has more possibilities of course, and the 'R3' shields are compatible with it. The Due runs at 3.3V which is easier for all the 3.3V sensors.
