I have a windows 10 laptop and recently purchased a K000007 starter kit with the Arduino Uno.
When I tried to connect it with my laptop the green and yellow lights are illuminated on my Arduino.
However, the Arduino does not show up in any of the ports in Arduino IDE and does not show up under any COM ports in device manager. It does show up under "libusb-win32 devices" since every time I plug it in this shows up.
I tried updating the drivers through the Arduino folder, however, windows says it cannot find the matching driver.
I also connected the board to my partners Mac laptop and the port would not show up.
I have already tried updating and installing the recommended drivers like CH340/341 or CP2102
How can I get it to show up in the COM ports?
