My arduino port show up normally for a couple of month but today when i'm trying to do my project my arduino port didn't show up any port.I use Windows 10.
Are you referring to the COM port that normally appears when you connect your Arduino to your PC?
Does your PC play a sound when you connect and disconnect the Arduino?
Dows your Device Manager show an unknown device when you connect your Arduino? It could be that Microsoft has issued an update that has messed up the driver.

Ok, do any LEDs light up on your Arduino when you plug in the USB cable?
Have you tried a different USB cable just in case you are using a power/charge only USB cable by mistake?

Hmm, strange. I'm not sure what else to suggest if your UNO doesn't appear at all in Device Manager. Hopefully one of the more experienced forum members will have an idea.
