Back in Jan 2022 I posted details of a project which had more or less finished

(Ham Radio : ICOM CI-V Smart Controller built around Nano EVERY ).

Little did I know what lay ahead. Long story short, I redesigned the hardware ( adding two more rotary encoders), re-wrote much of the software (adding more comprehensive configuration capabilities), and expanded the control to more models and manufacturers. It's still evolving.

Yes, the original version ( just 4 buttons ) was designed to assist operation of the 7300 and then as I added rotary encoders the 8600 too.
