Arduino Flora not appearing in Arduino boards list

Hello, I don't see the Flora as an option as seen in my screenshot. As you can see, I am running the latest build. Any idea what's up?

I'm following this guide, by the way: Blink onboard LED | Getting Started with FLORA | Adafruit Learning System

When I try to upload to the board, I get this error: "avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding" Screenshot of that also attached.

Did you go to the board manager and download the adafruit boards?

Once installed with the flora selected, you may need to select the port to use.
