Welcome to the forum

Which Arduino board are you using ?
Is is a classic Nano by any chance ?

Is there a BOOT button, did you try it several times, is it a clone (Old Bootloader)

I don't know what the board is but its driver is ch341ser.if

and when i press the " board information" it says "unknown board" or similar thing

As mentioned above, try "old bootloader"

dosen't work...

Take a picture and show it here and someone will figure it out

A picture of the board so we can read the writing

Need to see the board to determine if it's a clone or not.

Ok, that is a modern UNO. In that case, make sure no other copy of the IDE is open. Stop the IDE and restart. Check the serial connection by clicking the bottom of the Board and Port selector (pics attached).
UNO's rarely fail but if it does reset the IDE, unplug the board and try again.

It's a clone - but, anyway.

... and it needs "old bootloader" and when you flash the new one you'll curse yourself for doing so

ok, but dosen't work too

same thing, dosen't work

i can't find the programer for my arduino

  • defect cable
  • decect usb port on pc
  • defect usb port on arduino
  • defect ch34x

... when you search the forum you'.. find lots of simillar threads of peaople not using the search engine ... well, not, 'cause you don't search ...

it is new...
