Arduino get hot when Connecting sim808 to the same power supply (external 5v)

Hi

I have arduino nano that is connected to sim808 and 2 ds18b20 for temperature and lcd screen.

All those are supplied with 5v external supply (can supply enough for all)

When the sim808 connected the arduino main processor get abit hot around 45 Celsius.

When i discount the sim808 it get cold again.

Can the consumption of sim808 let the arduino get hot?

The voltage still 5v even with sim808

Please post schematics. Someting looks like not good in the wiring.

Both side of the breadboard has power and gnd connected.

I will post schematic but i think it will be ideal and if there is real world problem it will show only in pictures

Just forget that anyone will find the fault in a colored bird nest.
Not worth trying.

the picture doesn't show a connection from the upper GND rail to the low GND rail.

And when I can give you a hint, usually we see following colors

• red for VIN/VCC/5V/3.3V
• black or brown for GND.

would make your next project easier for us (or at least for me...)

Yes connected you can see the orange and brown is connected to gnd below the sim808.

I tried to match the color but sometimes i dont have the wanted length.

It was working fine when arduino powered with usb and the rest from external 5V

after all this, i connected only arduino without any connection and i cant upload!!

i think that i have a problem when my hand touches the arduino something is interrupted, then i measured my hand and ground and i found 30V AC!!!

i think the arduino is broken now
