i just installed the arduino software and now it gives me a launch4j error.my system is amd fx6300 cpu with 4 gis of ram and a windows 7 ultimate 64 bit edition.please help
There are apparently 'many' possible reasons for this problem. Look at the following recent thread, and especially the search link given in reply #13. I went down the list of possible fixes until I found the one that worked for me.
I have this same problem of launch4j giving an error. Many threads in the forum are talking about disabling bluetooth drivers but i have a desktop pc without bluetooth host on it. Some of more threads are about tinkering around installed arduino files or even overwriting java folder in arduino directory. But none of the solutions works in my case.
Further info on hardware and software:
- Arduino ver 1.0.5
- Windows 7 32 bit
- MSI 990fx main board with AMD fx4130
- Arduino leonardo prototyping board.
I bought my board this week and was very eager to work on it, but it has been a disappointment until now due to this error.
Please anyone help...
