Arduino hangs when connect 220VAC to COM and NO contacts on relay

pardon my ignorance i'm all new to this

please take note that the diodes before the optocouplers and after them are not diodes these are resistors , i had to put them as diodes becuase the resistors i have found are so wide so i put them as diodes for spacing . the diodes before the leds are also resistors . i have labeled them write

70VA @ 220V is about 320mA, that's a big coil, you definitely need AC snubbers, MOVs or bidirectional TVS diodes of the correct voltage and capacity.

so a snubber across the contact of the coil (A1 and A2) or the contact of the relay ( COM and NO ) ?

so what type of relay are you recommending ??
