Description: My operating system is Windows 10. I am currently experiencing an issue where the Arduino IDE fails to open.
Specific Symptoms:

After double-clicking the desktop icon, the application gets stuck and freezes on the startup/loading screen (splash screen).

I have already tried uninstalling the software and downloading/reinstalling the latest version, but it still won't open.
