Hy
how do I retrieve data from keithley 6157A electrometre to Arduino? And the Arduino must also control the data from the 16ch Relay Module.
please help to this problem solve

As clearly described in the Keithley 6157A manual, an RS232 connection is available.

You will need an RS232-TTL adapter to interface with an Arduino. Follow the instructions in the manual to control the device and retrieve data.
