Arduino Mega 2560 and ILI9486 TFT Touchscreen not working

Hello , please Help

I use Arduino Mega 2560 with Mega Shield 16 bit and 3.5" TFT Touchscreen.

Picture of my Screen is attached.
I have some Problems on beginning but after help from David screen works fine.
Now I tray URTouch_ButtonTest .

But I have problems with resolution .There is Picture of screen .Nothing happens if I touch screen.
UTFT Demo 480 x 320 works fine and I have pictures over full screen.

Run the URTouch Calibration sketch.
Post the results

David.

I run the URTouch Calibration sketch. The first screen with Instructions is OK with good resolution over full Screen. But when I touch screen to continue nothing happens.

In which case you have not connected the wires correctly.
Post a photo.

If you have a regular 40-pin display with a regular 40-pin Adapter shield, the URTouch and UTFT default constructors will be correct. i.e. your wiring can never be wrong.

David.

Maybe is a bad contact , I will check it.
URTouch myTouch( 6, 5, 4, 3, 2);
Where are physically pins 2-6 .On Mega board those pins are unused.

My apologies. Your photo in #0 shows that there are no T_xxx pins on the 18x2 header. I suspect that your display does not have a Touch panel.

Hey-ho. I am sure that everything else works nicely (with TFT_HX8357 library) e.g. TFT and SD

David.

 Yes my display does not have a Touch panel.

If I by this screen :https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000126450233.html?spm=2114.12010612.8148356.37.73281ee77p2SSA

It uses ST7796S driver. Witch library can I use?

Thanks for help David

The shield is write-only. Unless they have fixed the pcb design since it first came out.

I support it with MCUFRIEND_kbv as USE_MEGA_16BIT_SHIELD or USE_MEGA_8BIT_SHIELD
