Arduino_MKR - Arduino MKR WiFi 1010 -MQTT Error -2

I have encountered this error trying to use Arduino CC
ArduinoIoTCloudTCP::handle_ConnectMqttBroker could not connect to iot.arduino.cc:8885 Error: -2

I have updated my Arduino firmware and confirmed it is the latest WiFiNINA Firmware version 2.0.
I followed the steps ( Recovering Unupdated Devices) comply and upload the code using Arduino Cloud based editor. But, the MQTT error persisted.

I believed this is certificates and firmware on your Arduino MKR WiFi 1010 issue.

Can someone advise.
