ARDUINO NANO 33 BLE SENSE Issue in bootloader after uploading

Dear All ,

I have an issue when trying to upload the attached sketch with board ARDUINO NANO 33 BLE SENSE and after uploading the software the bootloader corrupted and i must press reset button twice to be able to detect COM port again and to be able to flash new software again and this issue i can't faced on Arduino uno .
and kindly find the attached Arduino sketch .
