I'am using AC dimmer library but triac warming up. Dimmer function is working. And add schema snubber circuit dimmer function again work but there is a buzzing sound.
I tried BTA16-600CW snubberless triac but again quickly hot. Can you help me please ?

You may just need a heatsink.
Is your zero-crossing detection isolated from the Arduino? It's not clear where the "fan" input is coming from and it's on the low-voltage side of the opto-isolator.

But bta16 triac 16 Amp . Ac Fan 220V 200W average 1 Amp. Why hot ? and Snubber circuit is correct ? .
If yes, why is there a buzzing sound?

The drawing is upside down making it hard to read.
Im not sure a triac switch will work too well with an ac fan load, which will be fairly inductive. The triac stops conducting at the current zero crossings but the voltage at these would not be zero as they would with a resistive load like a light or heater.
