Arduino Nano ESP32 to Gantom CP7 led light

I'm attempting to trigger my Gantom CP7 (AKA Color Piano) light. The light has two modes: Ambient and triggered. It works with a PicoBoo Controller, but for this project, I'm using an Arduino Nano ESP32. I have good code, but I'm unsure on how to best configure the wire connections. I also have a 12V 1 Channel Relay Module with Optocoupler Isolation Support High or Low Level Trigger which I'm pretty sure I'll need.

Any ideas?

Well, I actually didn't need the relay. Fix was in the code. Silly me.
