How much power supply i can give to Arduino Nano V3.0 Ch340 ???
Yes. The chip is running at 5V but there is an on-board voltage regulator rated for 7-12V (specs).
Note that it's a linear regulator and at 9V you are wasting almost half of the battery energy as heat. If battery life is important, a switch-mode regulator is almost 100% efficient so you'll get a lot more hours.
But one thing in your favor is that although the board is rated for 7V, it should be OK at 6V, and probably at 5V (with some loss across the regulator) and that's past the point where the battery would normally be considered "dead".
