Arduino nano V3.0 COM Port not found

Hi,
I have Arduino nano V3.0 from GRAVITECH.US. When plugging it to my Window 7 laptop, it is not recognizing it( won't creat a COM PORT for the arduino). I tried many suggestions including downloading different drives but none of them worked. I keep getting this message:

Windows was unable to install your FT232R USB UART
windows could not find driver software for your device

I can't even update the drive :frowning: :frowning:
I have tried installing :
FTDI USB
CH341SER_MAC
CDM v2.10.00
ch341ser

Well the message indicates that the problem is the FTDI drivers. Are you sure you installed the correct FTDI Virtual Communication Port (VCP) drivers?
