I found BlimpSynth here, which is based on this instructables which is based on this Github code.

Does that mean that you use the "the_synth" from "dzlonline" from Github ? GitHub - dzlonline/the_synth: A simple to use 4 polyphonic wavetable synthesizer library for Arduino.

Yes, the_synth from github. That's the one. That blog I referred you to was the author's old blog, which I believe has a link to his new blog.

Hello,
I found an old link on my pc to the original project when I first discovered it, it was called "the Illutron", and somehow it seems to have been renamed "the_synth".
