ARDUINO PRIMO error - No Valid JTag

Hello people!! Please, I need your help..I received today my arduino primo board and I cannot upload any kind of code (even the most simple one) I am getting this error:

I have the same problem. I have two Primo and tested under Windows 7 and Debian.

I have the same problem with Arduino Primo and Windows 7.

I have manual updated the driver of COM port with the library nrf52 but I don't have solve the problem.

Someone can help us???
