Arduino Raspberry Pi Pico RP2040 cannot upload code

Using Arduino IDE 2.0.3, try to download code to Raspberry Pi Pico. Can download simple Blink Example but when download a larger code, download process just show one "." and then quit.
Raspberry Pi board LED blink 4 long and 4 short.

board selection - Arduino Mbed OS RP2040 board, Raspberry Pico

Hold boot key and plug USB in,
port show up - UF2-board UF2 device

inside Device manager , it shows
RP2-boot

I use Windows 10. Try another PC ( Windows 10 ), it has exact issue. Also try Arduino IDE 1.8.19

Try download Blink example, change blinking time and it does able to upload.

Any idea why and how to fix it?

Do you see a notification at the bottom right corner of Arduino IDE that says "Done uploading."?
