I am looking to build an Arduino record player. To do this I will need to convert vibrations to sound waves (music). I have speakers and any record player/ Turntable Things I would need but do not know how I would get this to work. I didn't know if a 3rd party vibration sensor would work or how to use it.
Delta_G:
You don't need the arduino. Record players were around long before computers. You take the signal from the needle, run it through an amplifier to the speakers and enjoy. Arduino has no place in the audio chain and would only serve to degrade the signal.
Thank you Delta-G,
But then why are there circuit boards in my magnavox other than power?
The way you describe it says I can run it straight to an amplifier.
