Arduino Robotics for High School Robotics Team

Hi!

Our school has a new robotics club where half of the students are learning using RPi and the other half are using Arduino. While I have a pretty solid idea of RPi, I don't know much about Arduino, just that there is potential to use them in robotics projects. We want to have all of our parts and build a solid foundation so we can start sending teams to competition next year. We don't have a lot of funding. What are some affordable kits that can help us smoothly incorporate Arduino into our club? Any input would be helpful. Thank you!

Hello!

Maybe some resources you would find interesting.
100USD grants to create custom PCBs: Hack Club – OnBoard
https://ysws.hackclub.com is a bunch of free resources for students.

Would also recommend doing LarryD's suggestion in addition.

Thank you for the links! I will look into them. There is a book for RPi robotics by The Raspberry Pi Guy (Matt Timmons-Brown). We've found it to be pretty useful for starting out, and I was wondering if there was an equivalent to this for Arduino.
