Arduino stuck on uploading [Only in Windows 11]

Hi all,
Has anyone come across the same issue as listed here?:
[Windows 11] uploading continues on and on despite of seemingly finished uploading · Issue #1801 · arduino/arduino-ide (github.com)
My arduino functions normally but when it comes to windows 11, the uploading just goes on and on...
