ARDUINO UNO + ETHERNET SHIELD connecting to HTTPS

Hello,
I'm a new devenopper and i'm trying to connect my arduino uno to google dataspreadsheet usine ethernet shield.

I have a problem with the fonction client.verify(fingerprint, host). this fonction work well with wifi ESP8266 but i can't run it with ethernet shield.

Please could you tell me if they have any equivalence to client.verify(fingerprint, host) with ethernet shield.

No, the resources on the UNO are not sufficient by far to provide HTTPS functionality. You need a board of the ESP performance category to support TLS encryption.
