Arduino Uno not being detected

Hello!

So, my arduino uno is not being detected in the Arduino Ide. The driver is installed so not that issue. I read somewhere that it could be because of faulty usb to serial converter. So I connected arduino using a ttl converter cp2102 but still sketch is not uploading and error says something like programmer not detected. Anyone Help!

Perhaps you could provide a little more information?

  1. What operating system are you using?
  2. Which version of the Arduino IDE?
  3. Have you tried a different USB cable?
  4. Does the UNO show up as a serial port in your operating system (COMx or /dev/ttyUSBx)
