My Arduino Uno which was working fine is still working fine with the IDE. I am able to upload the sketch, but it is not showing in the device manager as Arduino Uno, just as USB Serial Device Com 7. I don't understand, it was just fine till yesterday. I am not able to send serial communication to it either. What could be the issue?
