Arduino UNO Q - SBC Mode issue

I have an Arduino UNO Q, and I was using it with the Arduino App Lab on my laptop as well as in SBC mode. In both modes, it was working perfectly. However, when I connected it again in SBC mode, it suddenly stopped turning on. I can only see the initial “initializing” messages on the command line, after which it keeps looping. Normally, during initialization, a heart symbol appears after Arduino logo on the LED matrix, but in my case it only shows the Arduino logo.

Re-check your board using PC and USB cable and be sure that UNO Q is fully functional. The heart animation should appear.

Yes I checked it multiple times and my App is working using PC and USB.

In this case, there might be a shortage of power to your USB hub. How much the rating of your 5V adapter? Connect only the Keyboard, Mouse, HDMI Monitor, UNO Q, and PS with the hub and try again.

I am using the laptop charger to power the Hub and only HDMI, Arduino, Mouse and Keyboard are connected to the HUB. Using separate power for screen.
With same setup it was working previously

Since your UNO Q board seems to work when connected to the PC over USB, when connected open AppLab and click on the [ >_ ] icon to get a system shell on the UNO Q. At the prompt type:

$ journalctl --reverse

to go through the system log from the most recent entry backwards, or e.g.;

$ journalctl  --since="Jun 01 21:30:00"

to start from a specific time and go forwards.

The log may contain some warnings or errors that might provide some insight.

My suggestion:

  1. Power HDMI Monitor using seperate AC/DC power supply.

  2. Connect only UNO Q, Keyboard, Mouse, HDMI with good quality hub.

  3. Get a at least 5V/3A adapter and its USB-C power port with USB-C powet port of hub.

Now, you have a clean setup same as mine and the system should work nicely.

Please answer by telling the power rating of your 5V adapter. Read the text on the adapter, it is written as:
5V/2A
or
5V/3A
